AK General Contracting Corp is a Long Island general contracting company based in Bellmore. We take on substantial repair and build-out work, mostly commercial, with select residential projects when the scope fits.

Our focus

Mostly commercial. Select residential.

The bulk of our calendar is commercial: offices, retail, restaurants, multi-tenant buildings, and light industrial properties that need real repair capacity, not a stopgap visit.

Property managers and owners hire us for tenant improvements, suite restoration, carpentry packages, and multi-area reconstruction. We plan around access rules, operating hours, and the need to get space usable again.

We also accept larger residential repairs when the job needs a crew. Specialty electrical, plumbing, and HVAC offerings will expand later. Today we concentrate on general construction repair and build-out support.
